Ts. Hairozie bin Asri serves as the Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Pulau Pinang under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. In this role, he oversees the enforcement of occupational safety and health regulations, statutory inspections, and compliance initiatives across various industrial sectors.

Ir. Mursyidi Mohammad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IPETRO Services Sdn Bhd, specialising in asset integrity management and inspection solutions supported by robotics and digital technologies. With over 19 years of experience in the oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, and power generation industries, he began his career at Petronas Malaysian Refining Company (MRCSB) before serving internationally as a Third-Party Inspector with Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, and SGS.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Auckland and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mechatronics Engineering at UTeM. He is certified in API 510, API 570, API 653, API 580, and API 571, and is at the forefront of integrating robotics and AI into asset integrity management to support safer, more efficient, and sustainable operations across the energy industry.

Ir. Ts. Mohd Safarin bin Sabli is a Mechanical Engineer and senior officer with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia, with over 18 years of experience in occupational safety, machinery inspection, and industrial risk management. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of DOSH Kedah, where he leads regulatory enforcement strategies, compliance initiatives, and efforts to strengthen safety culture across industries.
Throughout his career, he has held various technical and regulatory roles within DOSH, including statutory machinery inspection, accident investigation and prosecution, Control of Major Industrial Hazards (CIMAH), as well as safety data analysis and processing. His experience provides strong insight into Malaysia’s occupational safety and health regulatory framework and practical industry risk management.

Ts. Hafiz Hanafi is the Technical Manager at Ipetro Services Sdn. Bhd. with over 13 years of experience in asset integrity management, inspection engineering, corrosion assessment, and failure investigation across the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) and has been a certified API 510, API 570, and API 653 Inspector since 2014.
His expertise includes Risk-Based Inspection (API 581), Fitness-for-Service assessments (API 579), inspection planning, corrosion management, and remaining life evaluation of static equipment such as pressure vessels, piping systems, boilers, and storage tanks. He has been involved in numerous integrity assessments and regulatory engagements with DOSH under the Special Scheme of Inspection and contributes to R&D initiatives in robotic inspection technology with Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM).

Ir. Azman bin Md Yasin is a Professional Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and Occupational Safety and Health Management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive Master in Occupational Safety and Health Management.
He currently serves in the public sector, focusing on machinery safety, inspection of plants requiring Certificate of Fitness (CF), and regulatory compliance. His professional interests include boiler safety, asset integrity management, and promoting best practices in occupational safety and health across industrial workplaces.

Ts. Syed Malek bin Syed Muhammad has over 15 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), process safety, and industrial risk management across various industries. His expertise includes statutory inspection of industrial equipment, chemical hazard classification, and the delivery of safety training programmes.
He is a Professional Technologist registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) and an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. His work focuses on regulatory compliance, hazard management, and process safety management, supporting organisations in strengthening safety culture and risk-based decision making in industrial operations.
